NEW VOTING TECHNOLOGY IN MONMOUTH COUNTY - TUTORIAL

In order to implement the State’s mandated early in person voting option, all 21 counties in the State were required to purchase electronic pollbooks so voters could access their specific ballots at any of the 10 early voting polling locations within their County.

The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners invested in all new voting machines, in addition to new electronic pollbooks.

The new electronic pollbooks and voting machines fall under the jurisdiction of the County Superintendent of Elections and will be used at the 10 early voting locations in Monmouth County and all neighborhood polling places on November 2, Election Day.

"I encourage all to familiarize themselves with the new voting technology prior to voting by viewing our animated tutorial video, which shows how to use the new poll books and machines step by step," said Clerk Hanlon.
