FREE Clinic for COVID Vaccines for Ages 5 & Up at Knollwood School

We have arranged to welcome back our friends at the Visiting Nurses Association of Central Jersey - Community Health Center to provide a quick and convenient COVID vaccine opportunity for our community.  Vaccines will be available for 1st or 2nd shots for anyone ages 5 & up, as well as booster shots for any individual
interested in getting their booster.

The VNACJ Community Health Center recommends pre-registering via the link provided below to expedite your visit, but WALK-INS ARE WELCOME!
