NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Fair Haven on or before OCTOBER 5, 2021, at 10:00 A.M., by the Municipal Clerk at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Sealed bids can be hand delivered or mailed to the Borough of Fair Haven located at 748 River Road, Fair Haven, NJ 07704. The Bid Opening will take place at the Borough of Fair Haven Municipal Building located at 748 River Road, Fair Haven, NJ 07704 at the time prescribed above. Bids (mailed or hand-delivered) will not be accepted after 10:00 a.m. on the date of bid opening. Sealed bids will be received for:

Bid for the right to lease ground space for the installation of communications equipment and antennas and ground equipment on the existing tower at 300 Ridge Road, Fair Haven, New Jersey, also known as Block 77, Lot 107, with simultaneous leasing and co-location of additional carriers at the same site.

Specifications and other bid information may be obtained by prospective bidders at the office of the Borough Clerk during the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday.  Other bid information may also be obtained at the office of the Borough Clerk, Borough of Fair Haven Municipal Building, 748 River Road, Fair Haven, New Jersey 07704, during the same regular business hours.

The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.), an act relating to affirmative action in relation to discrimination in connection with certain public contracts.
