TREE GIVEAWAY CONTEST

The Shade Tree Commission of Fair Haven is pleased to announce the 2021's Shade Tree Commission tree giveaway contest. We are asking Fair Haven residents to submit photos of the proposed area and a reason why their submission should be selected. In accordance with our "right tree, right place" goals, the Commission will then award an appropriate tree sapling(s) to the winner under the guidance of the town Arborist. Residents can suggest their own private property but will need to agree to maintenance terms for private trees.

Tree Giveaway submissions should be sent by Memorial Day (5/31) via email to klarsen@fhboro.net or dropped in the Borough Hall vestibule, marked "Shade Tree Commission Tree Giveaway".
