PLEASE NOTE that Executive Session will take place at the beginning of the meeting as there may be items that will require governing body action in the regular/open Council session. We estimate that executive session will take an hour (7-8 pm) and the rest of the agenda (Proclamations…on) will be addressed in open session via the Zoom platform.
