Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative
Purchasing Agreement

            Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Fair Haven in the County of Monmouth,  State of New Jersey (“Fair Haven”), intends to award a contract to Timmerman Equipment Company, P.O. Box 71, Whitehouse, NJ 08888 for a New 2021 Elgin Whirlwind Series MV Vacuum Street Sweeper mounted on a Peterbilt 200 Chassis for the Fair Haven Department of Public Works:

Use of the Sourcewell National Cooperative is permitted under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
