PROPERTY TAX RELIEF PROGRAMS FOR HOMEOWNERS, MOBILE HOME OWNERS & RENTERS

The State of New Jersey has changed the processing procedures for property tax relief (PTR) and rolled the three State programs, (Senior Freeze, Anchor and Stay NJ), into one application. This application is for both homeowners and renters over the age of 65 or who are Social Security Disability recipients. The application, PAS-1 can be found and completed online. The Tax Collector’s office is no longer required to complete any portion of the application.
