Improvements to Battin Road

Date: September 15, 2020

Please be advised that Black Rock Enterprises, LLC was contracted by the Borough of Fair Haven for the project “Improvements to Battin Road”. The limit of work for Battin Road will be from River Road to the municipal boat ramp, including a portion of Lewis Lane.  Final Engineering Plans may be viewed on the Borough website. 

The following improvements on your street will include:

1. Drainage
2. Concrete work
3. Milling/Paving

During work, access to your driveway will be limited until the end operations/day (7am and 5pm). Please do not park in the street and your driveway (if planning to leave during work hours), arrangements for alternate parking for your vehicles at this time should be made.

This work is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, September 21, 2020, weather permitting.

This letter serves as notice and to make you aware of these construction undertakings, and the progression of the project. We emphasize caution, safety, and please be mindful of the surrounding construction equipment and the irregular and unusual site conditions.
