Shanah Tovah to our residents that are celebrating Rosh Hashanah this week. I hope everyone had a good week, and I would like provide a few updates from this week in Fair Haven:
- Recycling
- Mazza, Fair Haven’s single stream recycling company, just opened a new state of the art processing plant
- Now we can recycle type 5 plastics, i.e. yogurt cups in the Blue Cans
- All at a greatly reduced cost - saving the tax payers significant money

- Car theft in NJ is up - throughout the state
- Best Defense is a Good Offense – DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEYS, FOBS OR VALUABLES IN YOUR CARS = TAKE AWAY THE BAIT
- Lock your cars
- Report any suspicious behavior – especially late at night
- Had Contact with Someone who has COVID?
- Since every situation is unique please follow the CDC’s guidelines that apply
- If you were called by a Tracer – follow the guidelines provided
