Personal: Betsy is 45 year resident of Fair Haven. She has 4 children who have been educated through the Fair Haven school system as well as RFH. She is the widow of Jerome Koch who was a 3 term councilman. Betsy has taught in the Fair Haven school system for 24 years as a Math and Science teacher in 7th and 8th grades.
